The more I ignore, the more I have peace.

"Ignoring who wants us unhappy, who is annoying, who gossips without stopping. Ignore badly loved people, words of discouragement, improper guesses. Ignore."
Lately, peace has become a rare item, of those that will soon be seen only in the museums of life, after all, we are increasingly busy, overwhelmed, unmotivated, disappointed. We do not have almost more time to do what we like most and that does not relate to work, commitment, boredom, that is, there are few spaces where we can do nothing, not think about anything, forgetting that all, only with the holy God's presence. And that does good a lot!
We all know how much the body and mind need refreshment, the daily emotional interval, so that we do not find ourselves fatigued and scammed by the rapid and repetitive rhythm of non-pleasurable daily activities. Even in agitated ministerial life, it is necessary to set aside time for rest ... to be quiet ... We need moments of peace, of an encounter with ourselves, that will relieve us of the burden of the obligations that exhaust our body and soul. We are also feeling, we are a world within each of us and this world needs a truce.
Unfortunately, to make matters worse, there are a lot of people who try to steal the peace of others, with unpleasant attitudes, malicious comments and, often, gratuitous aggression. Sometimes we are directly hit by it all; other times, the environment around us ends up weighing in on situations that do not directly affect us. In one way or another, it will be difficult to balance between our desire to be happy and the unhappiness sown there.
But most important of all, is never to lose your connection, relationship and intimacy with the Holy Spirit ... He is the only one who can filter this human garbage left by some people in us every day.
The Holy Spirit is the purifier of everything toxic that the world offers us every day ... cleansing us, preserving our minds, rejoicing our heart and remaking ourselves every morning.
