Life presents us with people, and God shows us who we should keep on our side.

I change yes, and it was not too bad, it was a lot, when things and people that I thought interesting became uninteresting and empty for me. When my freedom in Christ was being stolen by the other's charging. When I felt invaded and overwhelmed by the mistaken sizes and lies I was forced to swallow shut.
No, I do not regret having changed, I do not blame myself for the distances, I do not suffer for the games as unprepared as before, nor do I suffer for who left when I needed a friend. I pray for them, I wish the best for them, and I follow my life looking forward.
I know that I am still under construction, that I need to change more, learn more, grow more, and allow myself always. I have been much given to excessive feelings, I have already exposed my heart too much, and I believed in beautiful words embroidered with illusory affections when, in fact, they did not have firmness or sincerity. There was only words... no actitude. Today, I really understand that we do not always please someone. I continue to love and respect in the same way, but in my square and protecting my ground.
Life presents us with people, and God shows us who we should keep on our side, and until we learn to separate the tares from the wheat, the tumbles are hurt, and the merciless disappointments, but the certainties that are planted in my heart is that He knows exactly who identifies with us, who is really, who will embrace us with our souls, who will understand us, tolerate us, endure our annoyances, laugh with our joys, cry with our pains too. We dont need to tell, He knows.
The secret is not to be poisoned by the ruin or abandonment of anybody, or to become bitter, immature, distrustful and insecure about love and forgiveness. We have to be above what is enough to destroy us, and make a difference, even if the other does not deserve it. After all, we fail too, and happy is the one who knows how to recognize his mistakes and learn from them in every situation. Change is also a gift, and only brings us what is new.
